The National Democratic Congress (NDC) has confirmed that it has received a letter from the New Patriotic Party (NPP) advocating a dialogue on the dissolution of two-party self-defense groups.
The Deputy Secretary General of the National Democratic Congress (NDC), Peter Boamah Otokunor, said that although the party received the letter yesterday, the details show that the NPP was not engaged in the process of dissolving the groups d & # 39; self-defense.
"… We received the letter yesterday around 4 pm, we discussed it beforehand and we will make a decision later on at the end of the day," Otokunor said in an interview with Joy. FM.
"But clearly, if you see the content of the NPP's letter, you still can not show the kind of commitment that Ghanaians expect from them in this regard."
