The group's fourth album is scheduled for a summer outing
Tame Impala played two new songs on SNL last night (March 30th).
The group headed by Kevin Parker, which should follow Currents in 2015 with a record this year, made his debut with this month's single "Patience" as well as a new song called "Borderline" .
Parker said that he "did not like playing unreleased songs live … the first time people hear it, it's the kind of glory recorded, as the premeditated thing that I spent two years later – rather than being half drunk on the mater On stage, you know, hitting safe notes and other things. But the show last night seems to contradict his earlier statement.
The Australian group was coaching Coachella this year before playing in many other festivals this summer.
