Watch the latest Jordan Peele's Us trailer

Jordan Peele posted a new teaser for his next movie We Reddit for his debut tonight's Super Bowl.

The first trailer of the film arrived last December, teasing the long-awaited follow-up of Peele until 2017 Come out. The trailer shows what begins with idyllic family vacations that take a dark turn when the family meets a group of scary doppelgängers – whom Peele nicknamed "The Tethered" (which gives the golden scissors a slightly more scary presence).

This new trailer shows a bit more what to expect as Lupita Nyong'o's character observes that they have been seen under a strange number of coincidences since the beginning of their holidays. "It's as if this dark cloud is heading towards us," she says. Peele's description for the film adds a little more insight – her character, Adelaide Wilson, is "haunted by an inexplicable and unresolved trauma of her past and compounded by a series of strange coincidences", which increases her paranoia.

In an interview with Rolling stone Last week, Peele called the movie outright horror, rather than the more existential take that get out was. The piece also notes that the film is less focused on a racial comment like its latest movie:

It's important to me that we can tell black stories without race, "says Peele. "I realized that I had never seen a horror movie of this kind where there is an African-American family in the center is. Once you understand that you are watching a black family in a horror movie, you are just watching a movie. You only watch people. I feel that this proves a very valid and different point that get out, which is, all is not about race. get out proved the point that everything is about race I have proven both points!

We in theaters March 22, 2019.
