Netflix promises a summer that will change everything.

The first full trailer of Stranger Things Season 3 has finally arrived and, fortunately, it contains a ton of new images to explore, decompose and theorize wildly.

We already know that season 3 will take place in the summer of 1985, coinciding with the opening of the long-awaited Starcourt Mall featured in the season's first trailer teaser.

Not only did we see the mall better in the new trailer (plus Steve Harrington's new work), we also see the dissatisfaction that his arrival brought to Hawkins as many members of the city protested against his opening.

In addition to catching Mike, Will, Eleven and the rest of the gang, who are certainly enjoying their summer vacation, we also see new members of the cast, including the brazen mayor of Cary Elwes, Kline; Bruce, the reporter for Hawkins Post by Jake Busey; and Robin (who seems to be Steve's new colleague at the mall), once unknown and mysterious, by Maya Hawke. Plus, there's the usual Upside Down creepiness, as a new kind of slimy monster pops up in Hawkins. Also note: Will and Eleven do not seem to be the only haunted by the machinations of Mind Flayer in the new promo.

Netflix has also released seven new images of season 3, which you can see in the gallery below.

Stranger Things Twitter account has already teased an imminent Trailer of season 3 with an encrypted video featuring a bunch of rats running away (or maybe towards) something invisible, with the scary caption, "It's almost lunch time" and a smiling face upside down. Rats are also appearing in the full trailer, so something is obviously hungry …
