PDS RESPONSE TO SUSPENSION

PDS took note of the statement issued by the Government through the Ministry of Information (MOI) on behalf of the Ministry of Finance (MoF), acting on behalf of the Government of Ghana (GoG) and of the Ghana Electricity Corporation (ECG).

PDS wishes to declare for the record that it has always acted and will continue to act in good faith at all times.

PDS will respect the rules of the transaction agreements between it and ECG, on the one hand, and the GoG through the Ministry of Finance, on the other hand.
