Socialist Afia Schwarzenegger has embarked on the Takoradi kidnapping hubbub.
She took to her Instagram page to castigate the regional minister over some comments regarding the kidnapping of a pregnant woman, Josephine Panyin Mensah, who was later found.
Regional Minister Honorable Kwabena Okyere Darko-Mensah, who spoke about the situation in a radio interview, said he gathered from BNI involved in the investigation into the case that the woman was not pregnant as reported.
This did not please individuals in the region who turned to various media platforms to express their anger at the minister.
Afia Schwarzenegger, known for her controversial ways of tackling trending national issues, has joined the bandwagon and calls on President Akufo-Addo to sack the regional minister.
Its reason being that the country needs sane individuals to help run the state.
