The richest man in Africa and owner of the Dangote group, Aliko Dangote praised the presidents of Ghana, Rwanda and Côte d'Ivoire.
Speaking at the forum organized by the Center for Africa's Economic Transformation (ACET), the businessman called him a "visionary leader" and constitutes the kind of person that African countries need.
He also mentioned that Africa needs about 20 presidents out of a total of 54 who possess these qualities and are able to move Africa to the next level.
