NPP Ashanti Regional Secretary Sam Pyne warned NDC MPs not to disrupt the smooth running of the economy.
According to him, the NPP will resist any attempt to defeat President Akufo-Addo’s second term.
The 8th legislature is chaired by a member of the NDC, President Alban Bagbin. There is the idea that as “president of the NDC” he can team up with NDC MPs to frustrate the government.
However, Sam Pyne says this will not be tolerated.
Meanwhile, President Alban Bagbin has pledged to be impartial in carrying out his duties.
