All of these factors come together for a mother-daughter duo who lost a combined weight of 83 kg.
Jaime Allison and Calista Jean Jone weighed 109 and 93 kg respectively and realized that they needed to change their eating habits when they started an activity called jazz exercise. Jamie, a 41-year-old mother, said she was ashamed to stand in front of the whole clbad as she was overweight, but she realized that she needed to lose weight and stay fit to be healthy and happy. She knew that her daughter Cali was following in her footsteps, weighing 93 kg at the age of 19. Binging on snacks and bad eating habits had pushed them to reach that threshold, and they had then decided to do something about it.
If they had made exercise an integral part of their routine and their daily lives, they still struggled to lose weight. It was at that point that they understood the importance of the diet. According to a report, Jamie reportedly said his diet now consisted of only portion control, measuring and following each bite. In the space of one year, the mother of a 19 year old girl, aged 41, managed to lose 40 kg to maintain a healthy weight of 69 kg.
As for Cali, she lost 43 kg and followed the example of her mother. The mother and daughter made this happen thanks to Jazzercise and Cali was so influenced by the workout that she has now become a Jazzercise teacher.
