Fans continue to demand a fresh look at the coolest vampire hunter in the Marvel universe, and many hope that Wesley Snipes will return for another Blade flap.
And although the R-rated franchise has returned to Marvel Studios, there is still no major film or TV show featuring the favorite character of the fans that has revived the latest generation of super movies. -hero. But that does not stop Snipes from campaigning for a return.
While he was talking on the red carpet of the event in tribute to Stan Lee, Snipes dodged the question of whether we would see him playing Blade in the future.
"Daywalker's clique, baby," Snipes said.
The actor also evoked the Legacy legacy of Marvel Comics, praising Lee's creativity and perseverance in the industry. Asked about Lee's impact on his own career, Snipes used Lee's inspiration to challenge others.
"All your creativity is never wasted.Be more creative and do not be afraid to be creative," Snipes said. "Sooner or later, sooner or later, sooner or later, they'll know you're great, how wonderful you are, sooner or later!"
Last summer, Snipes revealed that he was discussing with Marvel employees about a possible future for Blade during an interview with VICE.
"There are a lot of discussions right now and we are very fortunate to have new enthusiasm and interest in something coming from this world," Snipes said. "We've created two projects that fit seamlessly into this world, and when people see them, I think they'll just have a hard time deciding which one they like the most.
"All major leaders [at Marvel] and my team, we have been discussing for two years. Everyone is excited, everyone gets it. But they have a business to manage and they have to sort out the problems they have to understand before they can get there, I guess. In the meantime, we have a business to manage and our own range of things to do, "added the actor.
We do not know yet what Marvel Studios has planned for the future of the franchise, but we hope to learn more soon.
