After an Ultron with Infinity Stone traversed the multiverse last week, Episode 9 – the season finale – of alternate reality Marvel Cinematic Universe animated series What if…? hit Disney plus Wednesday. Traps of the Observer Zola-Ultron and Killmonger in a pocket dimension, battling the Infinity Stones for eternity, with Strange Supreme watch over them to make sure they don’t escape

Everyone is sent back to their dimension, except Black Widow from the The Reality of the Age of Ultron. She’s sent to the universe where Black Widow and a bunch of other Avengers contestants were killed by Hank Pym, and defeats Conqueror Loki.

Post-credits

No more average credits, but you get it. Captain Carter is returned to the SHIELD ship seen at the start of Captain America: The Winter Soldier, and Black Widow’s Universe reveals that she has found a shipping container that Peggy will be interested in.

Looking inside, she sees the Hydra-Stomper armor. And there is apparently someone inside.

Presumably, this is Steve Rogers, whom Peggy thought she left behind when she traveled to modern times after jumping into a time portal to fight Hydra’s Champion in WWII (this is a complicated sentence).

This article will be updated soon.
