Bridgewater Associates, led by billionaire Ray Dalio, has a well-documented culture of "radical transparency," in which employees regularly judge each other's performance. According to Dalio, about 30% of new employees leave the company during their first 18 months, he added.
Dalio even claims that Bridgewater has the reputation of being the "Navy intellectual" for his approach to pushing employees.
