Charlton Athletic boss Lee Bowyer expressed his pride after guiding Addicks to the promotion via the league play-off final, while transmitting a message to his players.
The Addicks came from behind to beat Sunderland 2 to 1 at Wembley. Patrick Bauer scored the decisive goal just seconds before the end of the match.
