"Organized criminal group"
(1) A person who participates in an activity of an organized criminal group is guilty of an offense and is liable on conviction to a maximum death sentence and to a minimum sentence of five years. d & # 39; imprisonment.
(2) An organized criminal group is a structured group acting in concert to commit a serious offense.
(3) For the purposes of this Act –
(a) "serious offense" means an offense punishable by the death penalty and the minimum term of imprisonment for a period of not less than five years; and
(b) "structured group" consists of two or more persons, who are not randomly trained, for the commission of an offense, and in which members may or may not have defined roles, continuity in Or who may or may not have a developed structure. "
