What Zinedine Zidane said about Eden Hazard during the update of Real Madrid's summer projects

The summer announces as a huge summer at Santiago Bernabeu, while Real Madrid is looking to get back on track after a dismal campaign.

Los Blancos are currently 13 points from Barcelona in the Liga and there are only eight games remaining, while they were weak against Ajax in the knockout stages of the Champions League.

Zinedine Zidane returned to the club as a coach last month after he left last May and it seems like he will give a huge amount of money to transform the team.

Associated with Neymar, Kylian Mbappe and Christian Eriksen to name a few, Eden Hazard has also made headlines for a possible move to the Spanish capital for some time.

The Belgian international is at the end of the contract at Chelsea in 2020 and the Blues have the decision to prepare for its future in the months to come before their next transfer ban.

Hazard did not hide his urge to play for the Spanish giants and Zidane revealed that he was watching his career for quite some time.

Asked about a possible start in the summer for Chelsea ace, he said (via Football Espana): "I will not give my personal opinion on what can happen if the season is not over.

"I've always enjoyed it, I see it a lot since I play in France, it's fantastic."

Real has certainly struggled to watch Cristiano Ronaldo's exit to Juventus and a new striker will certainly be among the priorities of Zidane this summer.

While he refused to reveal who would go and who could possibly come in, the Frenchman nevertheless said that the club needed to change things.

"We'll see what we do next season, but this year [not scoring enough] cost us, "he added. I have statistics.

"We have to accept that this year we had a hard time scoring, I can not say who will come and who will go, but we will have to change things, that's right."
