WhatsApp is now available on KaiOS

KaiOS used by smartphones, like the refurbished version of the Nokia 8110, released last year, now supports WhatsApp. The application can be downloaded from KaiStore on devices with KaiOS operating system with 256 or 512 MB of RAM. WhatsApp will even be installed in some phones in the third quarter of this year.

The KaiOS version of the application supports calls and messaging. End-to-end encryption ensures speech security, as do iOS and Android versions. WhatsApp was released for some KaiOS devices last year. In September, the application was for JioPhone devices and, last April, for Nokia 8110 devices only in India.

The application is currently available on Cat B35, Doro 7060, JioPhone, JioPhone 2, Smart MTN, Nokia 8110 and Orange Sanza. In the Western market, devices like the Nokia 8110 are among the preferred devices when you want to get away from social media applications. So we can say that this update appeals to a lot of users.
