When is Marvel’s Shang-Chi coming to DVD and Blu-ray?

Shang-Chi and the legend of the ten rings is now available in theaters across the country. Just when the Shang-Chi Will DVD and Blu-ray be released?

It’s time for one of the most anticipated new Marvel movies of recent years. Right now, it’s in movie theaters, and only in movie theaters. It will eventually head to Disney +, but it won’t come out with Premier Access like Black Widow. Instead, it comes after a 45-day exclusive window in theaters.

But what if you don’t want Disney +? What if you don’t want to go to the movies yet? You want to get the movie on DVD or Blu-ray instead, which means you need to check the release date.

We don’t have an exact release date yet. However, it is possible to watch other versions of Marvel and Disney to get a sense of when this one will make its way to DVD and Blu-ray.

Shang-Chi DVD release date predictions

Mulan and Black Widow are two of Disney’s biggest releases over the past two years. The two went to Disney + through Premier Access along with theatrical releases, which may have affected the DVD release dates. They were on a shorter period compared to other versions.

It took about two months for both films to move from theaters to DVD. If we go through these for Shang-Chi on DVD, we’re looking at an early release date through mid-November 2021. Mulan got a Premier Access release date of September 4, 2020, and then arrived on DVD on November 10, 2020. With that in mind, we got to see Shang-Chi on DVD and Blu-ray on Tuesday, November 9.

Disney and Marvel may want to move towards a more traditional version. We may consider waiting three months for DVD and Blu-ray releases, which means we wait until December 2021.
