Thursday June 20th

10 am-12pm MPs vote in the fourth round of the leadership race.

13h Result announced – Sajid Javid is eliminated with 34 votes. Jeremy Hunt received 59 votes, Michael Gove 61 and Boris Johnson 157.

15:30 – 17:30 MEPs vote in the fifth round of the leadership race.

18h The last two candidates, Boris Johnson and Jeremy Hunt, are announced. The contest then opens to the party members.

Saturday, June 22

The first of 16 hikes will begin in Birmingham, with the last two candidates taking part in a face-to-face debate with conservative activists.

Conservative Party members received their postal ballot between July 6 and 8. The final deadline has been set for Sunday, July 21st. The expenses of each candidate will be capped at £ 150,000.
