A video is circulating on the Internet about two individuals whose names do not deserve to be mentioned, claiming that they went to seek Twene Jonas from his employers, only to be told that the young man was fired from his place of employment. work and even a pastor offered him shelter in his stead.
Many Ghanaians also lacked the knowledge to understand the plight of the people because developments in the country did not matter to them.
Tribalism, nepotism and political mismanagement have ruined our country irreparably, but this has never been a problem for many Ghanaians as they believe in tribalism rather than development.
Twene Jonas is one of the few Ghanaians who has had the chance to travel out of the country to a foreign country to realize how bad, mean and incompetent Ghanaian politicians are. From there he started speaking out against the Ghanaian politicians and leaders who were destroying our country.
Instead of smart people to give him the support he needs to make Ghana a better country, the young man has instead become a target to be hated from an empire of deceptive enemies.
Ghanaians claiming Jonah has no respect for politicians, I want to ask them, do politicians respect each other? Only around 5% of Ghanaian politicians respect themselves, the rest are criminals.
Who will respect the corrupt politicians, judges and leaders who destroy our environments for their selfish gains?
It is only the aimless tribal fanatics and political thieves who will applaud Akufo Addo for such suicidal leadership.
Before becoming president, Akufo Addo and Bawumia told frustrated Ghanaians that Mahama is corrupt and that things will be better once in power.
Now, smart Ghanaians have understood that while they claim that John Mahama has placed a heavy yoke on them, Akufo Addo has come to weigh down their yoke. While they claim the NDC berates them with whips, the NPP berates them with scorpions.
No smart Ghanaian can tell me that Ghana is better today under Akufo Addo after the previous rulers.
I know what suffering is because at 19, while I was still in high school, I lost my father, so, I converted his car to commercial transport, to drive a taxi to support my mother and pay my tuition fees.
Like Twene Jonas, when I arrived in Europe three decades ago, I realized how wicked Ghanaian politicians are. Many of them, including Akufo Addo, have no feelings, in fact, they are not human beings because they have no integrity, compassion and empathy.
Little smart Ghanaians are now looking for Jonah to crucify him for insulting politicians and leaders, but I have to ask these people who are looking for Jonah, do many Ghanaian politicians and leaders in the country respect each other?
After working so hard in Europe, I took out a loan of 10,000 euros to buy land and invested in a small project, but fell victim to a chef who sold a plot to several European buyers.
He did this because he knew Ghana is a lawless country, therefore he will not go to jail. Yes, many chiefs, judges and politicians commit crimes in Ghana with impunity, but the same judges put behind bars a starving man who steals food for five years.
Ghanaians do not see this injustice in the country to make things better in order to encourage the smartest in the diaspora to return home and invest; instead, they’re now after Jonah’s head.
How can a country endowed with many resources be in such a terrible state? And they want us to applaud this nepotist president who destroyed Ghana without remedy.
I have strong advice for those after Twene Jonas, if they are too weak or afraid to speak out against Akufo Addo and his over 110 incompetent ministers, they should shut up.
