It did not take long for Kyle Walker to point out the mistake of his behavior.
If he had earlier sent a tweet mocking Liverpool Thursday afternoon, it was quickly removed. Someone had clearly had a word.

Walker posted a widely circulated photo of his English teammate Harry Maguire chatting during the World Cup with the caption: "They thought so that they would have seven points in advance."
There was laughter at Liverpool 's expense after Maguire' s equalizer allowed Leicester City to let Anfield score one Wednesday night.
Now, Jurgen Klopp's players do not need any extra motivation for the Premier League title race.
The prospect of ending the club's painful 29-year wait for the title of high-level champion and becoming a true Liverpool legend is ample.
Walker's tweet will not be printed and pasted on the cloakroom wall, but make no mistake, it's noted.
The search was just weird because of the surrounding context.
Walker should have kept a low profile considering his performance in City's defeat against Newcastle United at St James's Park on Tuesday night.
Instead, he welcomed Liverpool's failure to make the most of a decent team from Leicester City.
He clearly has short memory since the Foxes had actually defeated Pep Guardiola's team a month earlier.
Walker has a sense of odd humor when he can see the fun side of watching the Premier League table.
The most expensive team in football history is five points behind Liverpool with 14 games to play.
City's successful dynasty after winning the title to a canter last season is under threat, despite Sheikh Mansour's $ 1.5 billion investment.
Klopp did not return to Walker's home in Melwood on Friday afternoon. The boss of the Reds overcame him.
