Jon and Kate Gosselin may have divorced almost ten years ago, but there have always been a lot of tragedies between the two. It all started with their hit show TLC, Jon & Kate Plus 8. Fans were able to see the ins and outs of their married life by raising their set of badtuplets and twins until their eventual separation. Now the kids are growing up fast and it seems that their split household has had a huge impact on one of their badtuplets, Collin.
Kate has already talked about Collin's behavior problems, but more recently, it seems that Jon has his own opinions on what is best for their son. Here is what happened.
Kate Gosselin has already mentioned Collin's "special needs".
If we talk about it most often, it's Collin. YourTango reminds us that Kate wrote about Collin's behavior problems in a letter from her book, I just want you to know. In her book, she explained that even when he was a young child, Collin was tough – and that it only got worse after the divorce. "As you grew up, this fact has not changed. You continue to be determined to do what you want, and I continue to try to control you, "she wrote.
She also discussed her decision to send Collin to a specialty school at People in 2016. As she stated at the publication, "Collin has special needs. [There’s] a fairly fluid diagnosis of these needs, but he needs to learn some strategies to help him manage his business. Kate also added that the situation as a whole was difficult for her family, but that she wanted the best for her son, which is why she sent him to the establishment.
Jon reportedly said Kate was a "trigger" for Collin's behavior problems
It seems that Jon and Kate have totally different opinions as to what is best for Collin. While their son went to school for special needs for a few years, Jon also gave his own opinion on social media. One of Jon's followers on Instagram commented on a picture of Jon and Collin and asked him: "I would like to know if he actually has" special needs "or if he has simply not treated Kate's license, as we all suspect. "Jon commented in return with," he's not on a spectrum or special needs. "
Not only that, but Radar Online recently reported that Jon thought Kate was the real problem, not Collin. It's no secret that the ex did not hear well, but Jon also claimed that Kate was not cooperating with Collin's treatment plan. He also claimed that Kate was an important trigger for Collin, which is one of the reasons he asked for custody of his son.
Jon now has custody of Collin and claims that Kate has no contact.
Jon got interim provisional custody of Collin, a huge victory for the father of eight children. From now on Hannah has chosen to live with him and Collin seems to be equally comfortable with them both. And although the main reason for getting custody is relatively simple for Jon is that Kate never went to court, but her legal team also had some scathing statements against Kate in which she was considered the "Trigger" mentioned previously, reports Radar Online. Since Jon was arrested, he also claimed that Kate had no contact with Collin.
Will Kate continue to have no relationship with Collin, especially with her upcoming TV show, Kate Plus Date, soon to air this year? We will have to wait to see if there is a match.
