Ole Gunnar Solskjaer is desperate to transfer to Aaron Wan-Bissaka to strengthen Manchester United for the new season.
The Red Devils have already received a £ 40 million offer for the defender rejected by Crystal Palace, but they are ready to come back with a higher bid.
Wan-Bissaka has had a sensational season with the Eagles' latest campaign and Solskjaer is keen to get the transfer to avoid an auction war.
But does United have the right to spend money in such funds when it needs to strengthen other areas and, what is perhaps more interesting, Diogo Dalot?
The Portuguese side back Dalot was signed by José Mourinho for an amount of 19 million pounds sterling. It is a work in progress in 2018.
After his first game in the Red Devils jersey, Mourinho said: "I want to be so kind to Luke [Shaw] because I think the two are playing at the same level. I think Diogo and Shaw played very, very well.
"Our danger came from both of them, they had a fantastic movement, they had depth, they had crosses, they had helpers.
"They were involved in the most dangerous actions and they defended so well, so I think they were both very good.
"But of course, Luke has been here for a few years, he's been playing since the beginning of the season and for Diogo's first game for the club after a knee surgery.
"I think the performance is solid and solid, I think everyone could see the potential and everyone could see that he was a 19 year old player who has more than 10 years playing for Manchester United . "
Dalot showed real signs of improvement last season, but Solskjaer believes that the defender is a little too brutal to be considered the first choice of the United right back.
In addition, Solskjaer has sometimes shown that he considers him more as a right midfielder than a defender.
