Why the pressure is already off Boss Man Utd

Andy Cole believes the pressure is less strong for Ole Gunnar Solskjaer than he is "already accomplished" as the boss of Manchester United.

The new manager has won 15 of his 20 games in charge so far and United still has to fight for the honors of the Champions League.

The impact of Solskjaer allowed the Red Devils to be firmly ranked among the top four players with seven games to play.

And Cole believes the future is bright with him.

In Sky Sports' Monday Night Football, he wondered if he should win a trophy or be in the top four of the season, Cole said, "I think he's already done it.

"Everyone is still talking about Manchester United.

"They talk about being able to rank among the top four.

"In December, that did not happen.

"It will be very difficult, as all Manchester United managers have discovered since Alex Ferguson.

"But the good thing is that Ole is a Man Man Utd.

Cole played alongside Solskjaer and confessed to being delighted to see him continue doing wonders at Old Trafford.
