Joe Garner scored a dramatic goal late in the game against his former club. Wigan Athletic denied the victory of Ipswich Town on a rare win.
Ipswich was reduced to 10 men in the first period while Jonas Knudsen saw red for a foul on Leon Clarke, who had managed to score.
The visitors then won a penalty when Chey Dunkley dropped Collin Quaner and Will Keane found the goal.
However, Garner found the net in the 90th minute to seal a point at the Latics as he was coming home for Reece James' center.
