Presidential contender Wilfred Osei Kwaku of the Ghana Football Federation, known in the media as Osei Palmer, bought 20,000 Ghc of new Hearts of Oak jerseys for fans at the inauguration ceremony of the club that took place on Wednesday at the Accra stadium.
Hearts of Oak has unveiled its new partnership with British sports giant Umbro, which will become the club's official kit supplier for the next three years.
Wilfred Osei Palmer, also banker of the one-side division, Tema Youth, was the highest bidder when selling the jerseys.
He signed a check for 20,000 Ghc and delivered it to Frederick Moore, President and CEO of Hearts of Oak.
He then received two jerseys (Home & Away), the rest going to the fans.
