MEGHAN MARKLE AND PRINCE HARRY WARNING “PEOPLE WILL BE BORED BY THEM” AFTER SIGNING NETFLIX AGREEMENTS WITHOUT DELIVERY
The Duke and Duchess of Sussex have made a number of lucrative deals since retiring from royal life, including multi-million dollar partnerships with Netflix, Spotify and Apple.
But more than a year after joining forces with Netflix, the couple have only announced two major productions – Harry’s “Heart of Invictus” on the Invictus Games and Meghan’s animated children’s show “Pearl” .
They’ve also only released a 34-minute podcast in their nine months with the platform – although they’ve promised a lot more.
And royal historian Hugo Vickers says he thinks people are going to miss the kind of “sensitive” content the Sussexes have made so far.
He told the Express, “I’m the kind of generation that finds all this delicate stuff rather unattractive, and I don’t really understand it and I don’t go either.
“So I wonder, what do they have to say, will their message improve over time?”
“Or will it just be the same?” And people are going to be bored with them, aren’t they?
“That’s what I think will happen.”
