However, after defense attorney Rotimi Ogunwuyi pleaded with the court to temper justice with mercy, as his client who realized his mistakes and changed his plea from not guilty to guilty is responsible for educating his children and the care of his elderly parents, admitted Judge Dada. sentenced him a fine option of N1m and ordered him to repay the sum of $ 90,000 and N2 358,000 to the church.
