The Wolverhampton Wverers have completed midfielder Michael Agboola's signing of Dagenham and Redbridge.

Agboola, 17, spent a probationary period with the Wolves at the club's training base at Compton Park and is believed to have impressed the coaching staff.

Agboola has been an integral part of the Daggers youth organization since joining the club in 2012 and is completing its two-year fellowship to sign for the Wolves.

He is the second Wolves player to sign the January transfer after Spanish winger David Wang joined FC Jumilla partner club earlier this month.

While Wang immediately traveled to Portugal to connect with Sporting, Agboola is expected to join the Wolf Academy by the end of the season.

Agboola's final match was marked by the FA Youth Cup match against Averly in October.

Wolverhampton Wanderers has completed the signing of defenseman Ed Francis of Manchester City.

The wolves paid City an undisclosed fee for Francis who signed a two and a half year contract in Molineux with an additional one year option.

Francis is a product of the City Academy Youth Academy and has represented England up to the under-19 level.

The 19 year old player is comfortable with central, left and midfield defenders. He will be in immediate contact with players under 23 years of age Rob Edwards.

Scott Sellars, Academy Player Development Manager, has known Francis since his stay in City and talked about his fun capturing the teenager.

Sellars said, "We looked at the evolution of our needs, what we had already done, and on the occasion came to know where Ed was looking.

"I've talked to some of the staff there (in Man City) and Ed has always had talent from an early age. He can play in the center, on the left-back or in the center, so he is very versatile.
