A woman died after being the first to fall into a meat grinder in a horrific work accident.
Jill Greninger worked for the Pennsylvania-based Economy Locker Storage Company.
The coroner, Charles Kiessling, was 35 years old and stood on wheeled stairs before the accident.
It is then thought that she fell into the meat grinder and was killed "instantly".
Employees heard "strange noises" coming from the machine when they realized that she was missing the call.
Firefighters took 45 minutes to dismantle the meat grinder to recover his remains.

The Lycoming County Coroner, Charles Kiessling Jr., told ABC: "This is only a tragedy. She died in the moving parts of the machine.
"We talked to the person who found it.
"He said he heard a noise and went to watch her and found her in the machine.
"He put the power and called 911."
Kiessling added that there were no witnesses present to give details of how she had fallen into the machine – and confirmed that the cause of her death was a "mbadive trauma".
He said, "I do not know if she got caught by the moving parts and whether they took her back inside, or if she just slipped and fell.
"I do not know and there is no way to find out."
Officials from the Occupational Safety and Health Administration confirmed that they were investigating the accident.
Jill has been described by friends as "an extraordinary person" who "touched so many lives".
Her neighbor said, "My thoughts are with all those affected.
"Everyone is upset and thinks it's a tragedy that something like this must have happened to such a young woman."
The Economy Locker Storage Company, which specializes in the sale of meat, has been in business since the early 1900s.
