Work on the Tema Highway roundabout exchange project, worth $ 57 million, is about 51 percent completed, said the Minister of Roads and Highways, Mr. Kwasi Amoako-Atta.
The project, funded under the Japanese Government and Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA) grant program, aims to alleviate congestion in the region.
The road connects Accra and Tema to Togo, as well as the Akosombo sections, and they should all be completed by June 2020.
