The first bit of WWETV after the launch of Double or Nothing, an AEW pay-per-view channel, was a little more pressing than most weeks.
While another controversial event in Saudi Arabia is coming soon, could the E come back in the limelight for the right reasons after a week of changing play in professional wrestling?
Read on for six things we learned last night.
1. WWE is more than ever in need of a women's revolution
WrestleMania this year, three incredible women. And despite the somewhat deflated controversy of the finish "was the shoulder in the air", they absolutely succeeded.
Becky Lynch, Charlotte Flair and Ronda Rousey had each deserved this place and returned it to justice.
And the three women had relied on the incredible work of WWE women over the last few decades, and especially the last five or six years.
Last year, we also hosted the first-ever WWE Women's WWP and, despite an almost non-existent version, WWE Evolution was also a resounding success.
But we are at Monday Night Raw, a three-hour night that numbs us, with a little bit of the feminine talent of the company, who all found themselves in a contested match.
Becky Lynch and Nikki Cross, WWE Raw Champion, have joined forces to beat the WWE Women's Team Team Champions, IIconics, because hey and Lacey Evans have appeared in the end.
Even ignoring the WILD MAP RULE (and dear god, we would like to completely forget the WILD CARD RULE), there is enough talent on this list to have more than one game played in three hours.
And if it takes a little more, there are many more female talents in WWE and beyond who could be enrolled.
We know that in Saudi Arabia, women's matches will not be built at the beginning of June (a problem in itself), but even with that in mind, that is not enough.
After the evolution of women, it seems that we have lost half a decade.
2. Brock Lesnar will let Kofi Kingston and Seth Rollins guess (up to a year)
Despite the promise to unveil his payment plans for the Money in the Bank briefcase (now turned into a real boombox connected to the arena's AP), Brock Lesnar has decided to keep things in suspense.
There was a lot of talk about Paul Heyman reading the fine print of the contract, but it's not something we did not know already.
Despite previous badurances, the contract says what he says.
Brock Lesnar has a full year from the date he won the Money in the Bank (May 19) contract to cash in, and he has no reason to do it earlier unless he wants to.
This means that Seth Rollins and Kofi Kingston (or their eventual successors as WWE Champion and WWE Champion) are still aware, to the chagrin of both.
Kofi Kingston has received WILD CARD from SmackDown to try to convince Lesnar to play their revenge at their 2015 Beast in the East, but he now has to face an angry Dolph Ziggler.
Meanwhile, Seth Rollins just wants Brock removed from his hair, we think.
So, contrary to previous rumors, Lesnar will not meet Seth Rollins at the Saudi Arabia Super Show … at least not in a match announced in advance. But someone else is going to …
3. Baron Corbin will face Seth Rollins for the WWE Universal Championship at Super Showown in Saudi Arabia.
The man that the WWE Universe likes to hate is not going anywhere for the moment.
A fatal 4-Way between AJ Styles, Braun Strowman, Bobby Lashley and The Miz was scheduled to find Seth Rollins' challenger for Super ShowDown 2.
But Corbin beat already injured styles to secure his place in the match, then beat the odds of winning the Fatal 4-Way.
He needed more than a little help from Lashley, Bobby having eliminated Strowman and himself by fighting their fight out of the ring.
And when it was just Corbin vs. The Miz, the enthusiasm of the latter took it over and was interrupted by a brutal end of day.
So that's Baron Corbin vs. Seth Rollins in Saudi Arabia with the WWE Universal Championship on the line, and cashed or not, Brock Lesnar is likely to make his presence felt too.
4. Rey Mysterio to drop WWE title in the US next week
Poor Rey. Due to his injury problems, Samoa Joe eliminated him from the match at WrestleMania. After defeating Joe for the title at Money in the Bank, he was beaten after the match.
With a separate shoulder, he will not be able to defend the title and he agreed to return it during the episode of Monday Night Raw next week.
All this was a music for the ears of Joe, of course, who promised to take back what he thinks is his.
We are sure that not only the rest of Raw's list of players (as well as all the WILD CARDS) will not be ready to let Joe leave with the title, nor the son of Rey, Dominick.
Expect fireworks next week and perhaps the dark cloud of Mysterio's latest injury will have the good side of the opening of a real contest for the US title.
5. Sami Zayn is checked AEW Live Monday Night Raw
Since the WWE destroyed all of its major competitors with the death of WCW, other promotions are not mentioned too often on WWETV.
This is double for all those considered "competition", and probably triple for those stacked with former WWE Superstars.
AEW is led by Cody Rhodes, who has just defeated his brother Dustin at Double or Nothing, while Chris Jericho and Jon Moxley (aka Dean Ambrose) seem to be an integral part of the training.
And although fans may have missed out on these three letters during Sami Zayn's hearing at AMA The Electric Chair, Zayn just said it himself.
It was not really breaking a Triple H throne with a hammer like Cody Rhodes when he entered Double or Nothing, but it shows that this rivalry is certainly not one-sided.
Although there has been no visible impact of AEW beyond this moment during last night's issue, this means that the tabs are most certainly kept on the screen. # 39; s elite.
It's really an interesting time for professional wrestling right now.
6. The 24/7 title lasted a whole week within reach of R-Truth without changing hands
Despite three THREE winners during his first hour (Titus O 'Neil, Robert Roode and then R-Truth), the new WWE 24/7 title has stayed with R-Truth for a full week now.
While originally thought that the title could change hands tens of times a week on Twitter, YouTube, Instagram (Snapchat? Bebo? MySpace? Friends Reunited?), The only wins were Monday night in Raw an hour last week.
This is not to say that social media does not play a key role in the establishment of the belt.
R-Truth's social media publications around the WWE 24/7 title were a huge joy, as were many other people on the list (with a special mention of Drake Maverick).
And even if we do not expect to keep it for months (or even weeks), R-Truth clings longer than expected to the wristwatch 24/7, actually helps establish that this title makes sense (although this we are not sure).
Yes, 18 titles, it's way too much to have in a business (even on four not-well-separated brands), but even if they unify a group, they should perhaps keep this newcomer.
