LAHORE – The Minister of Health, Dr. Yasmin Rashid, chaired on Saturday the first meeting of the Board of Governors of the Pakistan Institute of Kidney and Liver (PKLI). Secretary Captain (Retired) Saqib Zafar, Secretary General of Planning, Abdul Haq Bhatti, President, Dr. Javed Raza Gardezi, BoG, Tazeen Zia, Khusro Pervaiz Khan, Ali Agha, Khalil Ahmed and Ambreen Irfan attended the meeting. The minister stressed the need to focus on research. She stated that the performance of PKLI would be evaluated on a monthly basis. She politely led the patients and the badistants.
