The Youth Employment Agency (YEA) has set up an online portal application for jobs, aimed at boosting employment opportunities in Ghana for both employers and employees.
According to YEA Director General Justin Kodua, the Job Center portal will provide two modules: the online center and the walk-in platform where people can go to their offices at any time to get help with employment issues.
"The YEA has always been in transition and we are doing very well this time around. As an agency, our vision is to do something extraordinary and not create a job as usual, "he said.
Speaking during an interview on Asempa FM's Ekosii Sen broadcast, Kodua said the new portal would provide Ghana with a collective youth database that could be considered in the future. economic planning.
"We have therefore introduced the YEA Employment Center platform to facilitate employment in Ghana. It is ready now, but we do not want to hasten to publish it, but it is currently being tested and will be launched by the end of the month, "he said.
"The employment center will also have a training center for writing Curriculum Vitae and other vocational training, as well as for the components of jobs abroad," he added.
