The founder of Menzgold Company Limited, Nana Appiah Mensah (NAM1), seems to be deeply concerned about the weakening of her clients' trust in her brand.

The head of the gold distribution firm recently chirped and lamented that his clients are increasingly being hurt by his company by those who want to create a gap between him and his audience.

In a tweet of Wednesday, November 28, 2018, Mr. Mensah wrote: "Instead of being resolved, you have fallen into the trap of misconceptions and denigration of my name and brand. We will do what is necessary now. God knows we have defended our collective cause. # Posterity # Hi! Menzgold Global ???? Said his tweet.

This comes after members of the Menzgold Affected Customers Coalition, on Tuesday, November 27, 2018, took to the streets of Accra to protest the direction of the gold trading company, demanding payment. from the entirety of their blocked capital investment business.

According to them, Menzgold's insurance to pay them 15% agreed to their principal after the failure of society's woes, hence the outbreak.

Dozens of distressed gold distribution companies, heavily dressed in red and black clothing, urged the government to intervene urgently to allow them to recover their investments.

The Security and Exchange Commission (SEC) has asked the company to halt its operations on safes in August, after being scrubbed against SEC and BoG about the company's operations.

Government agencies insist that Menzgold does not have the authority to conduct its business as it did by paying dividends to its customers.

At the same time, the company transferred its business online to replace its original business of trading gold with customers and paying dividends to their offices.
