The Coalition for Social Justice (CSJ) blasted President Akufo-Addo for traveling in a luxury jet to the United States of America (USA) for the United Nations General Assembly (UN).

The coalition insists that President Akufo-Addo’s conduct in recent times has been nothing less than opulence and ostentation to the detriment of the average Ghanaian who is fighting from dawn to dusk just to join the two. ends.
CSJ in his statement said that it seems the high cost of living emanating from escalating fuel prices, food prices, transportation tariffs and the high cost of utilities means nothing to the president.
“The Coalition for Social Justice finds the President’s conduct highly reprehensible and nauseating, especially as the Presidential plane for the Republic turned out to be in excellent flight condition and was in fact flown by other officials, including some foreign presidents such as the Liberian. President HE George Oppong Weah, ”concludes the coalition statement.
Meanwhile, North Tongu MP Samuel Okudzeto Ablakwa has vowed to push until the government accounts for the president’s expensive air travel.
