LA TimesMatrix ranking
Companions fans of New York MagazineThe approval matrix will find this Los Angeles Times graphically soothing piece. The culinary columnist Lucas Kwan Peterson, rated the fries of 19 restaurants in the chain, based on their taste and texture, and turned them into a four-quadrant point cloud chart: good texture and good taste good but bad taste but good flavor, bad texture and bad flavor. The chart gives honors to Five Guys and McDonald's fries, the last places being reserved for In-N-Out and Sonic. Be careful not to agree? Reminder: If you want to discuss the benefits of different types of french fries, you can do it in this secure area.[[[[Kate Bernot]
Have you reached the Brimley / Cocoon line?
That made me laugh at the train today: a Twitter account called the Brimley / Cocoon line lets you know which celebrities have spent 18,530 days, the same age as Wilford Brimley Cocoon debuted in 1985. Everyone inspired reactions for "Jesus Christ, this person can not be so old!" are priceless. Take a look at some celebrity ages and have fun – and I pbaded the Brimley / Cocoon line for registration.[[[[Gwen Ihnat]
