Since its inception at Sundance 2019, Zac Efron has received many accolades for his portrayal of Ted Bundy in Extremely mean, scandalously mean and infamous, which will be broadcast on Friday, May 3, 2019 on Netflix. And, although some critics claim that biopic romance is a murderer, the performances of Efron and Collins offer insights into the relationship between a murderer and his beloved girlfriend.

When promoting the film at Sundance 2019, Zac Efron congratulated co-star Lily Collins for his portrayal of Liz Kloepefe.
