A good start saw the MLS emerge with the league's second best performance, but that's not enough for the striker
Zlatan Ibrhimovic said the LA Galaxy was not just about one of the best posts in the Western Conference playoffs, but the Shield Supporters for the league's best record.
The Swedish striker had a brilliant first season in Major League Soccer in 2018, scoring 22 goals in 27 games, while scoring 10 badists for the Galaxy.
Despite his efforts, the Galaxy missed the MLS Cup playoffs after losing to Houston Dynamo in the regular season final.

Guillermo Barros Schelotto, who has 28 points in 15 games, is an excellent start to the season with a new rookie in the Galaxy – good for the league's second record behind Los Angeles FC.
Ibrahimovic was a big part of their early success, having already scored 10 goals in 11 games for the Galaxy.
And although the team has improved over last season, Ibrahimovic is determined to help the Galaxy clear its six-point deficit and seek its best goal in the MLS.
"Our goal is not the top four, it's number one," Ibrahimovic told reporters after scoring and helping to win 2-0 against Sporting Kansas City on Wednesday.
"The playoff games are seven places. I do not care about the seven, I care about number one. That's what we want and what we play for. "
The Galaxy started the campaign in its dominant form, scoring 22 points out of a possible 27 in their first nine games.
However, after a dip in May, they lost four straight games, allowing LAFC to dig the gap at the top of the West.

The galaxy has since rebounded with a pair of victories, but Ibrahimovic knows that it is essential to avoid these hollow-in-form if the galaxy is to defeat its local rivals.
"The season will be up and down," said Ibrahimovic. "But the important thing is to keep the poor performances at a very high level, not as if we had had the week and a half when we lost four in a row.
"We aim to become the number one."
