Gigi Hadid FINALLY reveals the name of her granddaughter

Gigi Hadid has finally released her daughter’s name, four months after welcoming her into the world with her boyfriend Zayn Malik.

The model, 25, revealed that she named her four-month-old daughter “ Khai ” after quietly changing her Instagram bio on Thursday.

“Khai’s mother” now reads at the top of her biography.

Khai’s name had been kept in secret since Gigi gave birth in September, and at one point fans speculated that the nickname was revealed in a new song by Taylor Swift.

The internet was lit by speculation that the newborn was named Dorothea, after Taylor released a song of the same name in December.

However, sources later told TMZ that this was not true.

The name does, however, resemble the middle name of Gigi’s sister, Bella Hadid, Khair.

Gigi chose to reveal her daughter’s name the same day the youngster turned four months old.

The model marked the special occasion with a gentle slap of herself kissing her daughter on the cheek, which she captioned “my girl.” 4 months & THE BEST CHILD. ‘

In the adorable image, Gigi donned a white button down shirt with black pants and her hair pulled back.

Only a small part of her daughter’s cheek and an arm were visible in the photo; Gigi and Zayn have not publicly revealed their baby girl’s face.

The blonde beauty’s Thursday post revealed they welcomed their daughter on September 20, three days before making the public announcement.

Gigi posted a short video of herself showing off her tired face with the note: ‘To new moms. If you washed your face today. I’m proud of you.’

She also shared a copy of two text messages she sent to Zayn; she had texted him, “Hey. I am obsessed with our child.

Earlier this week, Gigi revealed that she found out she was pregnant a day before she appeared on the Tom Ford fashion show on February 7, 2020.

A fan asked her via Twitter if she knew she was pregnant when she walked for Jacquemus on January 18, 2020.

“When did you walk for Jacquemus, did you already know you were pregnant? or did you only know afterwards? they asked him.

“Yes, I discovered it the day before the Tom Ford show. I was so nauseous backstage, but I learned I could control it a bit if I continuously ate, so my mom would pack me snacks before every show. Bless, ”she revealed.

The beauty walked in the Tom Ford Fall / Winter 2020 show, which took the palace to Milk Studios in Hollywood.

Earlier this week, on January 18, 2021, Gigi took to her Instagram to share a slideshow of her walk on Jacquemus while she was pregnant but didn’t know it yet, and wrote: ‘There is a year, today @jacquemus! My little girl was in there.

She also revealed her cravings during her pregnancy: “ It happened in waves. All bagels / extra cream cheese [bagel] triple piece breakfast brownies – sourdough toast and olive oil tomato salad with lots of salt and pepper lol … and Z ribs with fries.

“Also arugula salads !!! But during Fashion Month in Europe it was hard to find bagels so I ate mostly Dutch bread and cheese (except in London Taylor gave me bagels) Backstage at Burberry was the busiest day. difficult with nausea, I remember.

The duo were first seen together in November 2015 after their split from Joe Jonas; in January 2016, Gigi donned a Z necklace at Paris Fashion Week and had it as a phone background, though Zayn said they were ‘good friends’.
