‘I was so nauseous backstage’: Gigi Hadid reveals she found out she was pregnant during New York Fashion Week and mom Yolanda needed to keep bringing her snacks between shows
Gigi Hadid has revealed that she found out she was pregnant the day before her Tom Ford fashion show in February 2020.
The model, 25, first became a mother when she welcomed her daughter, whose name she has not released, last September with Zayn Malik.
A fan on Twitter asked Gigi if she knew she was pregnant when she walked for designer Simon Porte Jacquemus in January 2020.

They wrote: ‘When did you walk for Jacquemus, did you already know you were pregnant? or did you only know afterwards?
The star replied, “ Yes, I found out the day before the Tom Ford show. I was so nauseous backstage, but I learned I could control it a bit if I continuously ate, so my mom would pack me snacks before every show. Bless.’
The fashion show in question was the designer’s Fall / Winter 2020 show and took place at Milk Studios in Hollywood.
Gigi was also asked what she craves during her pregnancy, responding: ‘It made waves. All bagels / extra cream cheese [bagel] triple piece breakfast brownies – sourdough toast and olive oil tomato salad with lots of salt and pepper lol … and Z ribs with fries.

She added: ‘Also arugula salads !!! But during Fashion Month in Europe it was hard to find bagels so I mostly ate Dutch bread and cheese (except in London Taylor gave me bagels) Backstage at Burberry it was the hardest day with nausea I can remember.
It has been reported that Gigi is a ‘natural’ mother to motherhood, as sources claim to be a mother comes to the model ‘with such ease’.
Speaking to Entertainment Tonight, an insider said, “ Motherhood came to her with such ease. She is so natural.
The source also revealed that Gigi and Zayn are ‘so in love’ and have made their bond stronger than ever with their new arrival.

Zayn, who recently released his latest album Nobody Is Listening, has been dating Gigi regularly since late 2015.

Zayn announced the news of her baby on Twitter, writing: ‘Our baby girl is here healthy and beautiful. Trying to put into words what I’m feeling right now would be an impossible task.
“The love I feel for this little human is beyond my comprehension. I’m grateful to know her, proud to call her mine and grateful for the life we will have together x.
