The Mandalorian Actress Gina Carano made headlines again this week following the riots on the United States Capitol.

Carano’s controversial Twitter posts kept her in the entertainment news throughout The Mandalorian Season 2 because she has frequently used the social media platform to share her thoughts on social and political issues, often related to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic.
The former female MMA fighter has divided her followers, with hashtags on opposite sides of the aisle – #FireGinaCarano and # WeLoveCaraDune / # IStandWithGinaCarano – have all been all the rage in recent weeks.
Twitter users trended #FireGinaCarano Star wars The actress’ apparent response to the situation in Washington DC Although Carano didn’t post anything about the political unrest on her profile, she “liked” several posts shared by apparent supporters of the riots.
This has caused many Mandalorian fans respond to The Walt Disney Company’s own statement, written by CEO Bob Chapek.
Today Carano returned to social media posting a GIF with a quote from The princess to marry (1987) on his Twitter account. The short clip from the film features Princess Buttercup (Robin Wright) asking Westley (Cary Elwes), “So why is there fear behind your eyes?” It certainly looks like Carano was responding to the riot comment about his social media activity that has been circulating for a few days.

As usual, responses to Carano’s last post were very varied. Some fans supported the Cara Dune actress, others shared dissenting opinions and others only posted their opinions on The princess to marry (spoiler alert: everyone loves it). Other commentators, such as RMH III, have calmly expressed concern over Carano’s apparent lack of concern about the coronavirus outbreak:

Blossom Torres shared thoughts that many Mandalorian fans might echo – a disagreement with some of Carano’s personal messages, but a love for New Republic Marshal Cara Dune, she said. Mandalorian character:

It’s unclear whether the poster above was about Marshal Cara Dune – who operates on Nevarro – or Mos Pelgo Marshal Cobb Vanth (Timothy Olyphant) who, with the help of Din Djarin (Pedro Pascal) and a Tusken Raider clan, killed a Krayt. dragon on Tatooine in The Mandalorian Season 2, episode 1 (“Chapter 9: The Marshal”).
Carano’s future in the Star wars the galaxy is not known at the moment. Mandalorian showrunner and creator Jon Favreau and executive producer Dave Filoni have not commented on whether or not she will be chosen in future seasons of The Mandalorian – Season 3 has been confirmed – or one of its spinoffs.
It has been said that the next Rangers of the New Republic was written as a spinoff of Cara Dune due to its second season story revolving around becoming a Marshal – but, there were also rumors that Disney requested a formal apology from Carano before granting him the show. None of these rumors have been confirmed.

Cara Dune de Carano last appeared in the Mandalorian Season 2 finale (“Chapter 16: The Rescue”), in which she had an incredible female-centric battle scene alongside Bo-Katan Kryze (Katee Sackhoff), warrior Nite Owl Koska Reeves (Mercedes Varnado / Sasha Banks) and Fennec Shand (Ming-Na Wen).
