“What he is saying is more, I guess, what you would call it sarcastic, or a comment on the terrible times we live in, in which the media said he won, but pointing out that it was illegal.” . Obviously he’s vigorously challenging it in court, ”Giuliani said on Fox News’s“ Sunday Morning Futures ”.

“The media tried to call the elections. And they don’t have the legal right to call an election. It’s only – it’s decided by our constituents, not by NBC, CBS, MSNBC, CNN and even FOX. Giuliani added. “You don’t have the right to call him. I am not allowed to call him. So he vigorously challenges her.

The Trump campaign and his allies have repeatedly rebuffed media projections, based on the nationwide vote tally, that Biden won the election. The campaign touted the same type of projections of Trump’s victories in states like North Carolina. The campaign also never challenged the same method of media projections in 2016, the first time Trump won the presidency.

Trump has repeatedly touted election conspiracy theories, including in the tweet in which he said Biden won. Shortly after, Trump tweeted “He won only in the eyes of FAKE NEWS MEDIA. I won’t concede ANYTHING! We have a long way to go. It was a RIGGED ELECTION!”

Trump has reportedly put Giuliani in charge of the election-related prosecutions starting this weekend, The New York Times reported, citing four people with knowledge of the decision.
