Having trouble sending something to Gmail? If so, you’re in good company, since midnight (ET) people have been complaining about issues signing in to many G Suite services, but Gmail in particular.
The Google apps status page has just been updated to confirm that they have received reports of an issue with Gmail and Google Drive, while a Twitter quick overview or on DownDetector displays thousands of reports in the last hour or so.
I was able to send emails but trying to attach a file shows a slow download process which if completed eventually leads to an error message saying I need to check my network. It’s the same as a lot of others go through, but at least it works a bit. Oh, and if things weren’t bad enough for remote workers during this shift, it looks like Slack is in trouble as well.
