Movie buffs around the world have reveled in the trailer, which is nearly two and a half minutes long and features just about everything you could want from a confrontation between a leviathan lizard and an oversized gorilla.
In the publicity material, Warner Bros., which like CNN is owned by AT&T (T) affiliate WarnerMedia, said: “The epic clash between the two titans – sparked by unseen forces – is only the beginning of the mystery that lies deep in the Earth. “
The latest offering in Warner Bros.’s MonsterVerse franchise hits theaters on March 26, but it will also be available for free for one month to HBO Max subscribers in the United States. The studio has yet to release a release date for elsewhere in the world.
WarnerMedia CEO Jason Kilar said in a blog post that some of the highlights included “The Little Things”, “Tom & Jerry”, “In The Heights” and “Dune”.
