Goldberg made his return to Monday evening gross this week, one of the show’s biggest selling points outside of this being the final night of the WWE Draft. But that selling point is awkward when the man himself was only there to satisfy his desire to let Bobby Lashley know live and in person that he plans to kill him when they travel to Saudi Arabia for a No Holds Barred match at Crown jewel.
Certainly Lashley got his hands on Goldberg’s son, Gage, at Slam summer but he said it was a mistake. Responding to that by ignoring him and promising to kill the guy seems overkill. Worse yet, no one in WWE seems remotely concerned about this turn of events.
They even formalized the match for the show!
