Besides the photo frame background function on smart screens, you can use the Google Assistant to see other uploaded images in your collection. In addition to viewing, Nest Hub users will soon be able to share multiple photos in bulk via a voice command.
In a video today, the company showed a “Hey Google, share my photos with [x]”Which, when launched from the photo frame clock face, will take you to a grid view. Recent images that have just been displayed in the slideshow appear and can be selected manually. A “Share” button completes the Google Photos process.
At the moment, you can already share a single photo by touching the screen or voice command. There is no way to send bulk images yet, and this upcoming feature is particularly suitable when you encounter images in the auto carousel.
You can quickly share your favorite photos with friends and family from your screen just by using your voice. While your photo album is displayed, you can choose to share a photo with a simple “Ok Google, share my photos with John”. It is so easy!
This enhancement to “direct photo sharing” for Nest Hub “is coming soon.” Meanwhile, Google once again highlighted the Apple TV app on Chromecast with Google TV, hands-free control for TVs, and Guest mode. The Google-themed watch face was shown again, although it was not among the three announced earlier this month.
