Data is now available in less than a day.
Remember the good old days when you could see the actual search terms that people typed to find your website? In real time?
Google removed it many years ago and then gave us Google Central Webmaster, later called Google Search Console. It shows you search data in all. It's not as good as you had before, but it's still pretty powerful.
The problem, up to now, has been the data delay. It's not as easy to act today to find out what search terms motivated visitors last week.
Now, Google is improving that. You can now see the data sooner or later. I've checked this morning and I can see the search traffic of yesterday.
New data is not yet available for Google Discover traffic, which is becoming a major source of traffic for some websites. Discover currently provides more than half of my Google traffic.
