Black Friday is officially underway on 9to5Google, and this year’s event is shaping up to be unlike anything we’ve ever seen before. Black Friday starts now at major retailers
While Black Friday proper is only November 27, most retailers have already kicked off their annual sales in some form or another. We expect to see all of the planned deals on Google devices and more by Thanksgiving Day at the latest, although many deals are already live. Of course, Google’s Amazon storefront will be aggressive with pricing, but additional stores will also have deals throughout the week. Amazon will also carry its usual selection of rotating gold boxes each morning at 3 a.m.ET.
Best Google Black Friday Deals
As expected, the new Google Pixel 5 is marked at $ 649 at various retailers starting at the regular price of $ 699. This is a new all-time low from Amazon and the second cut we’ve followed. Google’s latest flagship Pixel phone offers a 6-inch 90Hz OLED display powered by Snapdragon’s Octa-Core 765G processor. You’ll also find 12 and 16MP rear cameras as well as an 8MP option on the front for selfies. We noted its strong software features during our hands-on review, alongside a stellar camera.
Almost all of Google’s Nest range is also on sale for Black Friday from $ 50. This includes offers on the popular Nest Hub Max at $ 179 from its usual going rate of $ 229. By integrating the Assistant into a 10-inch screen, Nest Hub Max delivers a premium experience for controlling your smart home. There’s also facial recognition for personalized music recommendations, adjusting what is shown on the screen, and more. We “can’t recommend it enough” in our road test.
In addition, Nest Wifi plans are also on sale at various retailers in $ 139, plus offers on Nest Hub, Nest Audio, and more.
We also spotted the TCL 10 Pro at an all-time high of $ 315 from the usual price of $ 450 this morning. This is alongside a host of other offerings from $ 175 today.
Upgraded Lenovo 14-inch S330 Chromebook Gets Notable Black Friday Discount $ 199. That’s a 33% drop from the normal going rate and the lowest we’ve seen since January. It’s backed by an 8-hour battery life, along with 32GB of eMMC storage and 4GB of memory, but boasts USB-C, HDMI, and a USB 3.0 slot.
We also have a One Day Sale at Woot with offers on various Samsung smartphones and accessories. This includes the Galaxy S10 to $ 420 and the Note9, which amounts to $ 340.
