A lawsuit alleging Google Chrome is tracking users even in incognito mode has been given the green light after a judge ruled against Google’s dismissal request.

A class action lawsuit, originally filed in the United States in June 2020 and claiming $ 5 billion in damages, alleges that the browser allows websites to collect personal information about users even while browsing in Incognito mode.
