Earlier this year, Google announced that it would launch a new line of security cameras in 2021. Leak, Courtesy of the Google Store, this the afternoon reveals a ‘Nest Doorbell’ and a trio of new Nest Cam models.
Update: Google removed the updated Connected Home page with new products a few minutes after our publication.
Visiting the Google Store’s “Connected Home” landing page for Nest this afternoon, you’ll find a new “Nest Doorbell (battery)” and “Nest Cam (battery)” in the main product carousel. The latter product looks a lot like the current Nest Cam Outdoor and the discounted Cam IQ since. In a screenshot, we see it mounted on a wall.
Meanwhile, the new video doorbell looks slimmer and much taller than the Nest Hello bulb. It’s pretty neat with a ring of light around what is presumably the button visitors press. Both are crisp white in the typical Made by Google aesthetic, while all appear to feature an indicator light above / below the lens.
Further down the page, there’s also the “Nest Cam with Projector” where two beams flank the main camera bulb, and a “Nest Cam (indoor, wired)” with bracket / mounting base for the aforementioned cable. .

While there are “Buy” links and buttons to some of the product pages, they currently don’t load and take you to the main Google Store home page:

Likewise, there is no price tag accompanying this leak of the doorbell or the new Nest Cams, but they are presented in an interesting way alongside the existing Indoor and Outdoor Nest Cams. This could suggest that older models will remain on sale.
